Robotic arms were designed for people with little or no muscle function in the arms or hands. Robotic arms are giving them back the ability to perform these activities independently. The iARM has an extensive array of functions. It gives back the ability to perform their chosen activities. Our robotic arm helps people who are suffering from ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), Spinal Muscular Atrophy SMA), Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) and from paraplegia and spasticity. The robotic arm is very user-friendly and stimulates independence and self-confidence.The iARM is mostly fitted to powered wheelchairs. Its compact design hardly widens the dimensions of the wheelchair. The arm is also easy to detach.

The iArm robotic arm:

  • Maximum lifting weight 1.5 kg (3.3 lb)
  • Multiple operational functions and fitting options
  • Special drinking and feeding menu
  • Average human arm length
  • Strong structure, compact design
